In our teacher training with Gabriel Azoulay, the creator of the sequence for our Hot HMY class, we call this class “BikYasa” because it combines the essential healing postures from traditional hot yoga and the flow of vinysasa.
This class invigorates your body and focuses your mind. A balance of silence and music, you will sweat in our 105 degree room with humidity between 35-40% leaving you re-energized, re-vitalized, re-stored.
Hot HourAn hour class following our Hot Class program. If you are new to hot yoga or want a complete experience of hot yoga in less time our one hour class is for you.
Connect with your breath as you move in and out of postures. Each instructor has their own expression. These classes are founded on the principals of Power Flow and Ashtanga Yoga.
Tina designed this class to introduce a fusion of classic hot yoga, vinyasa and the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. All levels are welcome, inspired, and challenged by this unique and vigorous flow. Music, breath, and precise instruction propel you through each pose. Don’t expect the exact same sequence every time you come. This freestyle flow is constantly evolving as attending students blossom. The room is warm enough to help you soften into each pose and cool enough to keep you coming back for more. Want to try something different? You have found it.
The perfect practice to balance any challenging physical activity – Hot Yoga, Running, Biking – this class will restore your bones and connective tissue allowing you greater range of motion. This is a quiet practice, where postures are held 3-5 minutes. You will leave class feeling stronger, taller and happier.
Hot hatha is made up of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Hot Hatha is suitable for beginners to advanced students as the sequence provides for variations for each individual’s level of practice. Hot Hatha is designed to relieve stress; balance and strengthen the glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system; reverse the aging process; and reshape muscles, tendons and posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected and the whole body becomes supple and strong. Conducted in a hot room of 95 – 105 degrees. Hot Hatha is suitable for all levels.

Jené PugmireYoga Teacher
Gabriel Azoulay is the real deal. He was a huge part of my first 200 hour training in Arizona and I jumped at the chance to be a part of the H3 yoga teacher training here in Boise. His knowledge about this ancient practice, the history and the philosophy is astonishing and your instantly at ease with his humbleness and sense of humor. Gabriel uses modern technology to help us understand and learn about yoga and how to share it with others. I am hugely grateful to this guy.Dawn
Hollywood Market Yoga is such a beautiful studio. There is a strong sense of community amongst the instructors and members that I haven’t been able to find at other studios. All of the instructors have been so friendly and encouraging. Thanks to the 30-day challenge, hot yoga has now become such an amazing part of my life. I also enjoy attending the YinYasa classes as a complement to the hot classes. The ability to practice in such a beautiful space is an honor. Part of that beauty is Sallie’s continuing effort to keep Margaret Lawrence’s spirit alive as she was such a huge part of this community for so long . . . "Happiness is spoken here."Kari
